Yes I know they look ugly but even with heated grips and winter gloves finding the sub zero temperature too much. Has anyone else fitted some or any recommendations please

    Bark buster handguards  :028:
Muffs are ugly as hell, and some of them without a brake guards will push back on your levers!

+1 re the Barkbusters. Obviously not as warming as bar muffs, but IMO much safer and better looking. Plus they will act as lever guards if you ever do trackdays.

I've got a set of Barkbuster S7 guards on mine. They bolt on in place of the bar-end weights and don't have any attachment at the other end so aren't quite as protective of your levers as full-on MX guards but are easy to fit and do a good job of shielding my hands from rain and spray. Combined with heated grips, I can ride in 3-season gloves even on the coldest of days with no problems.

    Cheers, Joe

    Joe,

Do you have a picture? I think I 've got the same but I'm not sure. Mine are slim-lined Barkbusters, attached the same way.

I've the same as the above. Had them on my 2016SX and have them on my 2020 Ninja SX. They're very good.

    Sorry, missed this reply.
They're now called Storm rather than S7 but these are the ones
    https://barkbusters.net/products/storm/

These are mine. I've added a bit of gaffa tape to extend the LHS one to shield the clutch cable and adjuster a bit.

    Cheers, Joe
