Check out recent “look what Santa left me” thread by Peterbennetive, he just got a Nitron shock for Xmas.
    Maybe worth asking him?

I fitted mine after santa left it under the Xmas tree. It looks really nice and weighs less than half the weight of the original. The back is a lot higher now even though I measured both and adjusted the Nitron to be the same length. I can only assume that this is because my old shock used to squat a lot when l sat on it. I shall be waiting for the weather to change and the salt to go before l take it for a test ride.
