front brake pulsing

Hi guys looking for some advice, front brake lever is pulsing when brakeing from 100kph down to about 60kph then it is smoth.
have tried the usual things checked the bobbins all fine set up the fork legs and calipers as per the video cleanded the pads and roters with 220grit paper made no difference. Bike is a 2020 ninja new model with 8000km. if it was a warped disc would it not pulse below 60kph as well any other ideas. have not got a dail guage to check run out but might have to buy one to see if is a warped disc

Hi there. For me, it's got to be a warped disk.

Possibly below 60kph the disc is not turning sufficiently fast to creat the pulsing, but that's just a guess.

I had similar on my 2018, had not so much pulsing but more of a vibration braking from high speed. clocked my discs and they were within tolerance, after cleaning calipers, bobbins etc it turned out to be my front tyre! replaced tyre, all sorted!
Not saying yours is this problem but might be worth a check.

Update. got a dail guage checked the runout right disc 2 marks on the guage left disc 12 marks on the guage so no doubt left disc warped because there is so low milage on the bike just replaceing the left disc no point in wasting money. i know some people will say you should replace them as a pair but the other one is fine dont see the point
