:431:just thought i would add a note here , this is just my personal opinion.    i did get a pair of riding jeans £120 oxfords, . very comfortable , had  the knee and hip protection, with the reinforced denim. i after having my first crash 8 weeks ago when i was knocked off my busa at around 60 mph  wearing the oxford jeans , i found the hip and knee protection did the job , although i did loose a fair bit of skin off my right leg, once i am sorted i may get another bike next year ,but personally the jeans are ok for around town if i was going for a run on  country and major roads , the leather trousers with the armour are the way to go for me from now on, i was knocked off and it happened so quickly .its not a matter of how they look or how comfortable they are it is how they will perform and protect you if the worst happens and you do come off .

:431:not sure of thye standard of the jeans , i know they were of good quality they had the reinforcement built into the denim, like i said they were £120 and did  do a fair job  the armour to the hips and knees was very good , so if you were in town riding you should be ok but if you were going on main roads the material wont stop the gravel rash , just my opimion ,but if i do get another bike i will be using leather trousers with armour

They appear to be AA jeans, so yes OK for around town/lower speeds.

Try the AAA ones, more suitable for riding a Busa!.  :001:   (Be aware, many leather jeans do not meet this standard - just look at Sportsbikeshop).
