Removing the wheel is easy.  Getting the wheel in, and lined up with both spacers and the caliper mount all lined up so that you can get the axle bolt in and all the way through is a bit harder.  It helps to support the wheel, also to have a long extension bar to slip through from the right hand side as a kind of temporary axle helps.
