Adjustable levers
« on: March 13, 2018, 05:28:56 PM »
I've searched for suggestions on adjustable brake & clutch levers but seem to only come up with older posts of items now sold.

Does anyone have a suggestion for some decent (but not fancy) levers that are readily available?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have had 3 sets of levers from China on different bikes the quality and fit have been great, for the price I cannot fault them.
I think I put photos in the gallery of my recent set.

I have a pair of Puig levers with gold adjusters going. They were on my '16 model for about 3 months. Good quality, still look new.

I've just fitted a pair of adjustable and extendable levers, ebay purchase from China.  £22 a pair and 1 week delivery time. This is the 2nd set I've had (last set were on my previous bike for 5 years, no issues with the quality what so ever)

After owning the first set for 2 months demon tweeks started selling an identical version for £90 I got to see a pair in the flesh and everything was the same as my pair that cost £20 at the time.
I've got pics on the new ones in a dedicated album in the gallery.

The one and only negative thing I would add regards the cheap ebay levers I've had is that the anodizing, especially Black isn't as good  :006: The black will eventually fade to bronze and reds will start to pink, but when you consider you'll be saving on average £50-£100+ per pair and you'll most likely trade in your bike before it's a problem for you, it's a no brainer IMO!  :028:
