For me the price has to be around 14/15K for the base model to match the KTM1290. Even that is serious money.

My 2016 SX will do me for now, but if money were no option.................. :008:

Spoke to my Kwak dealer today - Motorcycle Centre Orrell.

£15 grand and change for the base model.

£18131 for the SE, deposit paid   :164:

Thankfully by only bringing out the SE in green I will find it easier to resist (no offence to all those who like green - it's just personal taste). Now had it been Grey or Silver it would have been near impossible. As it is, the closest I think I will get to this H2 SX this year will be trying out if those indicator mirrors will fit the Zed  :028:

Looks like it has a single sided swing arm too, or am I imagining things?

Correct.  :028:

The swing arm is also 15mm longer than the normal H2 giving a longer wheelbase.

My mate at Kawasaki (not in the motorcycle division) has said that there are new bikes with the supercharger in advanced development, so expect a few more to show up.

Birmingham Kawasaki have got me down on the list as soon as a demo becomes available.  Going from a 650 Versys to the H2 SX would be like swapping a rowing boat for a jet ski.

More like powerboat! I'll be seeing it in the flesh this Saturday at the NEC.  :celebrate:
