I'm a big fan of Bendix MRR.  Ignore the sale blurb, these are everyday brake pads.  I've used them all year round in the wet and the dry.  They don't need warming up, are very progressive, not grabby and last really well without wearing your discs out.  I do like EBC HH but found they et up discs unless you're using EBC discs rather than OEM.

They do the MF as well but I found those to lack feedback.  They felt very soft.

Sorry to have this old thread back from under the dust but this was the most appropriate thead to ask my question in.

I almost have to change my pads on my '17 too and it looks that the EBC ones are good to go but I read that they can make a squealing noise while breaking, because there sintered ones.
Is that true and if it is ... is it loud  :187:
And what of what kind of material are the OEM ones made ... would like to know that too  :828:

I have EBC all round ambiance have never heard squeeling  :187:
Unless you go organic, most pads are sintered  :028:

Great to hear ... still another question though ..
Front left and right ... is there a difference between these two or do I just have to buy 2 sets of them.
I'm checking sportsbikeshop.co.uk at this moment and they give a 30% discount  :062:
Looking for the same ones like in the pic earlier in this thread. They seem to be a good way to go  :305:

Just ordered some front pads, normally take the EBC route but thought I'd try Brembo's;-

10% off on Saturday so £47.70 for the fronts :028:

Also bought a Healtec Quickshifter for the Gixxer - anyone else pick up some 10% bargains on Saturday?
