Glad you got home safe and sound mate ...

My apologies for not kicking you awake to say goodbye as I left on Monday morning for the slow ride down to the ferry ... 

Your snoring sounded like you were enjoying your sleep ... 

If you ever ride with Mark (MDR), never let him lead  ... We were doing fine till he overtook me in the Dublin tunnel and then nearly went the wrong way after the toll booths ... 

As we left Holyhead, we planned for rain and wore rain gear... I was nice and dry till I decided to call my parents in Leicester whilst riding down the M6 (Interphone F5MC intercom unit worked perfectly). As I detoured across to the M1 on the A50, I got wet.
Next day after I got delayed at Cradley Kawasaki, I was most of the way down the M5, but again stopped and put wet weather gear on and got hit by a slushy sleet shower. I got home about 2 minutes before the next hail storm let loose.

This  time last week lads we were freezing our nuts off at the Tandragee 100 and then we went to Newcastle for ICE CREAM. Weather here in the SW of France, Baltic and pissing down . I have still not been able to get the MT a wash down yet, why oh why did I let my family talk me into selling up in Spain.

Just like to thank you all for a great weekend, I was unsure as to come at all as I lost my Dad the week before and felt lost, but my family said go it will do you good, they were right.  Special thanks to Lionel, Ian and Steve    for the great ride outs and special VIP treatment at the Tandragee races, thoroughly enjoyed it, I don't think we could have asked for better roads or weather.  Until the next one stay safe all.
