7000 miles
« on: August 30, 2011, 07:06:20 AM »
Just notched up 7000 miles and not missed a beat.
running costs seem to be good as only replaced tyre at 6000 miles.
still love riding her.

Good on yeh! Have you had her serviced yet ? be curious as to what the charge will be for the first full service.
I got mine done a week or two back it was only supposed to have been the kick the tyres one but as I was having the tyres replaced 4600 miles and the Givi three rack system fitted they did a full service as well. I asked them why they did the full service and answer was they are not familiar with the SX. They (Marriotts) have sold 3 sx's so wanted to get to know the model, suited me fine that £158.00 all in.

well had service done at 4000 miles and decided to pay for full service due to amount of mileage i cover just to keep her in tip top condition,
