quick shifter best RPM ?

Hello,
Anyone knows what is the best RPM for upshifting with quick shifter and what RPM best for downshifting ?

Anything above 2500/3000 RPM.

Also (apologies if you know) under an open throttle going up and a closed one coming down.

Pages 139-140 of the handbook.

i am using it, but seems there is a different "feel" at different RPM. So might be there the best range ?

Yes there is a different feel, the higher up the rev range the better.

Upshifting Just have the throttle open and it works great, downshifts I find work better around 3.5-4k rpm.
