Ermax Hugger
on: 27 Feb 21, 06:04:20
I've decided that my Powerbronze hugger (which is separate to the chain guard - why don't they do an all-in-one solution??!!!) has to go........

So I'm looking at the Ermax hugger - colour matched in Green and Black.

Has anyone got one - what's the fit like etc??

Had one for my other bike (not the kawasaki)

I cannot recommend ermax as a company to deal with,

They were a right shower.

I went for a colour matched rear hugger on that bike too,

The colour match was appalling (even though it is a distance from other painted panels it was clear the colour was different)

Part arrived broken as well and it took a long time to get replacement and when I queried colour they just gave me a load of bollocks about paint variances.

The colour was a lot more different than paint variance.

The part itself is poor quality, a bugger to fit, with unclear instructions, unhelpful customer service and expensive to boot.

That's disappointing..........

Was that with Ermax direct or via a stockist? I've found that SP Engineering list them so I might give them a call to see what they say..........

Alternatively, anyone know of a rear hugger with integrated chain guard??

Any photo examples would be much appreciated ;-)

I will second that with ermax. Where a right pain in the a**e. Putting it mildly!
