Kawasaki's OEM plug is the NGK.

I think it's widely agreed that it's not necessary to change plugs at 7500 miles.  They could reasonably be ignored until the first valve check.

Just phoned to book my 19,000 miles service on 2017 model and told by Kawasaki dealer that Kawasaki no longer require this service, service interval is now 7,600 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. So next service now not needed until 22,800 miles.
Good news and a nice cash saving!

Well if they've officially done away with the 3750 interval 'services' (they are just a look/check) that's good.

I'd ride another another couple of K on that and get the valve clearances done at the same time  :028:

Almost fell over with the first service quotes I've been getting... £130-150 and that includes the free Kawasaki oil filter offer.

Best thing to do, once it's out of warranty, is to service it yourself. So easy.

Asked for a 3,800 mile service quote from Kawasaki dealer, no mention of any changes to servicing schedules and quoted approx. £270 and 2.5 hrs, think I'll check elsewhere!?

Just looked at Greenham Kawasaki and their online menu pricing quote is £78 for 3,800 miles service. Similar prices at Kawasaki dealers around where I live too...

I queried the cost and the dealer said Kawasaki have an odd servicing schedule, they offered a quote for an interim service for £110, basically a check over with no oil or filter change. I think my mileage and the year being up will be close together so I'll hold off for a couple or three months and go for a full annual service, but will still shop around nearer the time. I'll update this post then 🤔🤗😉
