The beauty of radial-mounted calipers is that you can space them out to fit bigger disks; perhaps this is something to look at if the problem continues once outside of the warranty?

Thanks for that, think P45 if it happens again, like my SX but can't be a***d with brakes that keep warping, in this day and age there is enough tech to minimise this,

I installed Brembo T-drive, 310mm discs. Had a machine shop make up four spacers out of stainless. They are full floating so can be a bit noisy when off the brakes and at slow speeds. Never a problem, smooth as silk.
