I have cheapo spots/fog lights  and mounted them on the front mudguard bolts, they are indipendant ly switched taking the live from my USB aux which I piggybacked to allow both to be usable.

easy to do, I had to file one of the lugs on the bulb fitting to get it to fit into the bulb holder then the white wire connects to the live side of the sidelights and change the flasher relay for a led relay about £9 on eBay don't fit the resistors that is it.
