I don't know of anyone who has gone to the expense of swapping the dash unit. Other than the cost of the unit you would need to ha E the odometer programmed to show the correct mileage. Milage is stored on the dash memory and not information that's pushed out from the  ecu.

If your bike covered 10k and you picked up a 2nd hand dash from a bike that had covered 15k, when you installed the dash on your bike the odometer will still display the previous 15k mileage

i found  the dash display very poor in certain lights on the older sx's  massive improvement on the new sx h2 se and the 2020 sx great screens ..
