Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are so many low mileage bikes about that a bike with 25000 miles on it will be considered high mileage.  (I say this as someone that regularly clocked over 10000 miles per year on mine - my 2017 is on 21000 miles).

Unfortunately it will kill the trade in value.  Dealers will aim for about £1k on the bike on resale.  A perfect 2015 bike will sell for about £6k, so trade in about £5k.  Anything with high mileage about £1k less at best I reckon. You will be better off trying to sell to a discerning buyer privately and you might get close to £4500  Remember also that the expensive service is also due in 2000 miles.
