Sena 10c Pro
« on: May 09, 2019, 11:30:57 PM »
Evening all,

Started using my bike to commute and need a BT headset for calls and Music. But also need some kind of dash cam just in case.

I’ve found an all in one unit Sena 10c Pro which looks like will meet my needs.

Does anyone have one and can offer feedback?

Hi, I have one, does exactly what it says on the box and does it very well. I can hear everything even with my moulded earplugs in. Set up a little fiddly but doesn’t take long.
Have iPhone XS and TomTom Rider 550 dual paired. Easy to use with gloves on, summer or winter or rain ones, been a strange April and May.

It’s not waterproof so keep that in mind.

It's a bit waterproof, but not in proper, proper rain.
After I shook all the water out of mine, it started working again and is still OK 15 months later.
Great sound quality though.

There are 100 if not thousands of posts re theses dying through water damage, rather buy Cardo, waterproof, and way better sound, especially when it comes to cancelling out wind noise.

Something wrong, well in my mind with a company that makes a product they know will get wet but does not waterproof it, customer definitely comes last.

Got to agree with tudor rebel.  Surely being waterproof should be in the top five design brief must haves for a headset  :006:

And that people support a bad company then later complain, never understand it.
