That looks really good what size top box did you have?

Raj's box is a GIVI V46. For info the Kawasaki top box is a re-branded V46. Both would you believe are 46 litre.

I should have said V47 in my other post. I have just sold a V47 and have the Kawasaki version in my possession now.

Sorry for any confusion FowlersZSX. Slinks off in shame and embarrassment  :oh_no: :164:

No worries found them for sale online for £176 and this fits straight on the Shad mountings I take it?

No. To fit a Givi V47, you will need a Givi Monokey or Kawasaki plate.

Shad boxes come with a Shad mounting plate which I believe is Givi Monolock compatible.

The rack will accept a Givi Universal Monokey Adaptor Plate E251, a Kawasaki 99994-0662 Base Plate or, possibly, a Givi Universal Monolock Adaptor Plate Z113C2. These need to be secured through the holes in the Shad mount which are accessible after releasing the Shad plastic covers. The 8mm threads can't be used. All fitting kits have the necessary hardware, but the rear two bolts may be too long, obstructing the refitting of the Shad plastic covers.

It's also worth noting that, AFAIK, current Givi Monokey boxes are no longer fitted with a Kawasaki One Key compatible lock.

Hi guys
Anyone tried to fit this topbox rack K0ZS18ST to a2015-17 tourer model, wondering if it’s doable as Shad say it’s for 18-20 only, am I right in thinking 2015 tourer pannier flush mount system is the same as 2018-20 system

Shad K0ZS11ST fits 2015.

I don't know for sure if this allows use of the OEM panniers, but the panniers are the same.

I’m guessing that as the panniers are the same on 2015 - 2020 models , that makes me think the mounting points are in the same position on the panniers so that must mean they are positioned the same on the bikes , so the Shad top box fitting kit(2018-2020) should fit the 2015, With the panniers on ,I’m  totally guessing, any thoughts

I'm not sure that Craig is correct. I am fairly sure that the Shad KZOS11 does not fit the 2015 with panniers, it is the KZOS18 that does. The panniers pre-2014 have different fittings to 2014 on.  I went this route and asked Shad's importers to clarify.

One member that will know for sure is "Teaboy" cos he helped me, having fitted one himself.

Teaboy where are you ?

Ok so this is where I am,    I have a 2011 model with 2015 rear shock and rear end that takes the quick realise panniers(56L) I want to fit the K0ZS18ST topbox kit,  so from the info you guys have given me I think it will fit, so I guess there is only one way to find out, what could go wrong :001: :001: :001: :001:
And if it doesn’t, I’m planning on upgrading next year anyway so I’m sure I’ll use it then
Thanks for help guys
