Have a look at SP engineering. A number of different styles etc, (pannier compatible page).
Removable baffles but not too loud.

Pro race ones 100 quid for both sides sounds awesome frees up space that the old cans took up

Akrapovic carbon. No problems with panniers.
Mods so far..Sargent seat.Akrapovic Carbon End cans.Fenda and Hugger extenda's.  Satnav mount. Acc. power socket.Vtrex adj.levers.
