It doesnt actually connect to the tail tidy,It goes from one side to the other underneath the number plate light iirc, you can just see the quick release mount behind the top right hand edge of the blanked out plate,I have the standard tail tidy though, not sure how it works with others

My tailtidy is variable: the hook is to be adapted, so I think I'll manage if needed.

It's a very nice one made of Balloons. Puts a few pounds on me, but packs down flat when not in use. I always have a black clutch, as I'm not really a Green-er. Matches the bike.

Are there any photos of the Givi rails fitted to the '17 facelift model (without panniers)?

I've got to get hold of a black '17 and there aren't any Tourers available at the 'mo. I could take a standard and add the panniers later but the OEM are £700+ so a Givi removable rail system (again) and keeping the original panniers might be the option..

Sweet. Thanks Sooty.
Looks like it’s pretty much exactly the same as how it is on my 2011.
So that’s approx £500 plus fitting (if I’m not up to it) to use my panniers and top box plays over £700 for two oem panniers. And no top box.

I used this company for my fittings, was the cheapest at the time and the only one who would let me return my bagster tank cover,if it wouldn’t fit, tried everything and everyone to get an answer about whether the tanks had changed over the years, had a wealth of knowledge about all things givi too.

Coda:

Actually I eventually went for a '17 Tourer in Black.

The End.
