Update.
I have checked the discs and they aren’t warped. I have replaced the master cylinder seals and all the copper crush washers on the banjo fittings and torqued to 25Nm. Vacuum bled fresh new DoT 4 through, about 500ml at master cylinder and calipers. Is exactly the same. I’m going to take it to a reputable mechanic and have it bled. If that doesn’t work, will it be caliper seals next?

I say all is good.. now the brakes are working I get harsh juddering when braking at speed.

They are floating fine, can turn the buttons by hand. Had DTI on and get .20mm variation on RH and .10mm on LHS so within tolerance. Says 0.3mm run out tolerance in Haynes manual.

Do you get judeering with new discs? They look very new and have sharp edges on the vents. Wonder if they just need bedding in.
